▢ The registration fee covers access to conference sessions, conference materials, lunches, tea breaks and gala dinner.
▢ The fee is per participant, regardless of the number of papers.

Direct bank transfers must be made using OUR option to ensure that the conference organizers receive the full registration fee without deductions for transaction costs. If this requirement is not met, participants will be required to cover the difference in cash upon arrival at the conference.
Key Dates

The notification of acceptance deadline is February 28, 2026.
